Get ProUploaded files go through Scanning, then Clean or Blocked, polled with a timeout; blocked files cannot be attached and say why, clean files can, and a scan that takes too long is explained instead of spinning forever. Use this when uploads are scanned asynchronously.
Derived from this item’s props table, because it declares no controls of its own. This item has no standalone playground, so changes update the code, the share link and the AI prompt.
Your backend scans uploads after they arrive and the UI must not let people attach a file that has not passed.
Do not use it when: If scanning is synchronous before the upload completes, show a normal upload state instead.

The pattern ships with a Testing Library test (virus-scan-status-list.test.tsx) that covers: its main behaviour, the keyboard path and the error or empty states.
