Pro licence agreement

You can

• Use Pro blocks, templates and patterns in as many projects as you like, personal, commercial and for clients.
• Change the code however you need and ship the sites and apps you build with it.
• Hand a finished project's source to your client so they can run, maintain and extend that project.
• Keep using every version you have downloaded, whatever happens later.

You cannot

• Resell, share or publish the Pro source, on its own or inside a UI kit, template, theme, starter or component library, free or paid.
• Share your licence key, or put it in a public repository or client-side code.
• Build a product whose main purpose is to let others generate or copy Pro blocks, templates and patterns.
• Use Pro to train or fine-tune an AI model, or add it to a dataset others can retrieve it from.

This agreement is between tealmac UI (“we”, “us”) and the person or organisation that buys a Pro licence (“you”). It applies from the moment you complete a purchase or use a licence key, whichever comes first. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

• Pro Materials: the blocks, templates, patterns and starter apps in tealmac UI Pro, with their source code, assets and documentation, including updates.
• Free Materials: the components, charts, free patterns, themes and presets that are published under the MIT licence. This agreement does not change that licence.
• End Product: a website, app or other product you build that includes or is derived from Pro Materials, and that adds substantial value of its own.
• Prohibited Product: anything whose value is mainly the Pro Materials themselves, such as a kit, theme, template pack, site builder or registry.
• Licence Key: the code we issue after purchase that unlocks the Pro registry and the source on this site.

Subject to this agreement, we grant you, the person or organisation that bought the licence, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, copy and modify the Pro Materials to build End Products, and to distribute those End Products, including delivering the End Product's source to the client it was built for. Your employees and contractors may use the Pro Materials for your projects. People who use your End Products do not need a licence.

You must not:

• resell, sublicense, lend or redistribute Pro Materials as they are or as a kit, template, theme, starter, design system or component library;
• create or distribute a Prohibited Product;
• publish Pro source or your Licence Key in a public repository, public package or client-side code;
• use Pro Materials to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or add them to datasets or indexes others can retrieve them from. This does not restrict using Pro with an AI coding assistant, or the Pro MCP server, on your own projects: that is allowed, provided the service does not republish the source;
• remove licence notices that ship inside the Pro Materials.

Pro is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not granted here. Open-source packages and fonts that Pro Materials depend on keep their own licences. Demo copy, names and images in previews are placeholders.

Your Licence Key belongs to you, the licensee. Keep it secret, store it in an environment variable and do not publish it. In CI, use an install token (valid for 24 hours) instead of the key itself. If you think the key has leaked, email us and we will issue a new one. We may disable a key when its payment is refunded or charged back, or when the key has been published or shared outside your projects. A disabled key cannot download Pro Materials; End Products you already delivered stay licensed.

“Lifetime updates” means every block, template and fix we add to Pro for as long as we sell and maintain Pro. If we stop, you keep everything you have downloaded.

Support is by email on a best-effort basis. The website and registry are provided as available and may be down for maintenance.

Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which also calculates and collects sales tax or VAT and issues the invoice. Prices are in US dollars. A founding price may apply for a limited time, ending 23:59 UTC on 4 November 2026; the price is decided by our server when you press Buy. Buying at the founding price gives the same licence as the regular price. If you opened checkout before the deadline and could not complete payment because the founding price had closed, email us within 24 hours of the deadline and we will honour the founding price.

Pro is digital source code that you can download immediately, so all sales are final, unless the law where you live or the payment provider requires a refund. A refunded key is disabled and stops working. You can preview every block and template for free before you buy.

Pro Materials are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing your End Products, including accessibility and security.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The licence lasts until terminated. You can stop at any time by deleting the Pro Materials. We can terminate it if you materially breach this agreement and do not fix the breach within 14 days of notice, or immediately for redistribution of Pro source. After termination you must stop distributing new End Products that include Pro Materials; End Products already delivered stay licensed.

If we have reason to think this agreement is being broken, we may ask you to confirm how Pro Materials are used, and may ask hosts and platforms to take down unlicensed copies.

We process your email address and Licence Key to deliver Pro, through Dodo Payments and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data. You are responsible for the data your own End Products handle.

We may publish a new version of this agreement. A new version applies to purchases made after it is published. For existing licences it applies to Pro Materials released after the change, and never takes away rights to what you already downloaded.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Both sides will first try to settle a dispute informally by email for 15 days. After that, the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections that apply to you where you live.

You may not transfer the licence without our written consent. If a part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. This is the whole agreement about Pro and replaces earlier versions. Notices can be sent to hello@tealmac.com.
