Get ProUse this when press coverage is shown as swipeable quote cards: a no-library scroll-snap row where each card is one link to the article and Tab brings the focused card into view.
Derived from this item’s props table, because it declares no controls of its own. This item has no standalone playground, so changes update the code, the share link and the AI prompt.
Use it for an "In the press" section on a marketing page, where each quote links to the story and the lightest possible carousel is enough.
Do not use it when cards hold several links or buttons; a card that is one link is much easier to use.
It composes Carousel Snap, which the CLI installs for you.
import { PressQuotesLinkedSnap } from "@/components/press-quotes-linked-snap"<PressQuotesLinkedSnap label="In the press" quotes={quotes} />| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
quotes | PressQuote[] | - | Each has an id, quote, outlet and href. |
label | string | - | Accessible name of the carousel. |
The pattern ships with a Testing Library test (press-quotes-linked-snap.test.tsx). Embla needs layout to count snaps, and jsdom has none, so the repo's mockCarouselLayout helper gives the viewport and slides real sizes.
