Get ProUse this when a handful of headline numbers loop in a hero or case-study band: a looping carousel where the number on the selected slide counts up once and sits still with reduced motion.
Derived from this item’s props table, because it declares no controls of its own. This item has no standalone playground, so changes update the code, the share link and the AI prompt.
Use it to show three to six proof points from customers or the product, one at a time, with the figure doing the talking.
Do not use it for numbers people need to compare side by side. Put them in a row or a table.

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
metrics | Metric[] | - | Each has an id, value (number), prefix, suffix, label and source. |
label | string | - | Accessible name of the carousel. |
duration | number | 900 | Count-up time in ms. |
The pattern ships with a Testing Library test (metrics-count-up-loop.test.tsx). Embla needs layout to count snaps, and jsdom has none, so the repo's mockCarouselLayout helper gives the viewport and slides real sizes.
