Get ProA reject or cancel action that asks for a reason inside the popconfirm and keeps the confirm button disabled until the reason is long enough.
Derived from this item’s props table, because it declares no controls of its own. This item has no standalone playground, so changes update the code, the share link and the AI prompt.
Use this when an approver's rejection needs to be explained to someone: expense reports, access requests, document reviews. The reason travels with the decision.
Do not use it when the reason is optional (use a plain Popconfirm) or long free text is expected (use a dialog with a full form).

| Prop | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
subject | string | required | What is being rejected, for example "Expense #4521". |
onReject | (reason: string) => void | Promise<void> | required | Called with the trimmed reason. |
minLength | number | optional | Minimum characters for the reason. Default 10. |
triggerLabel | string | optional | - |
The pattern ships with a Testing Library test (popconfirm-reason-required.test.tsx) that covers the disabled confirm button, the live hint, sending the trimmed reason and clearing on close.
