When to use it

Use this when records are filled in over time (profiles, vendors, devices) and you want gaps to be visible and one click from fixed.

Do not use it when a missing value is an error that should block the page (show a validation message instead).

The Add button's accessible name includes the field ("Add Phone").

The pattern ships with a Testing Library test (descriptions-empty-values.test.tsx) that covers Not set with named Add buttons, the completeness count and the callback.
