When to use it

Use this after a person selects several rows and presses Delete. Listing what is about to go lets them catch a wrong selection.

Do not use it for one item (use confirm-destructive-action or a plain alert dialog) or when deletion can be undone with a toast.

Accessibility

The count is in the dialog's accessible name ("Delete 7 files?") and on the button, with correct singular and plural.
