Accessibility

Nothing is requested until a section is opened; each section loads at most once unless retried.
The panel is aria-busy while loading and its skeleton carries a hidden Loading {title} label.
Errors are a role="alert" with Try again; other sections are unaffected.

Testing

The pattern ships a Testing Library test (accordion-lazy-content.test.tsx) that covers no requests at first, busy skeletons, caching and errors with retry.
