Prop	Type	Default	Description
`variant`	`"positive" \| "negative" \| "notice" \| "info" \| "neutral"`	`"neutral"`	Meaning, colour and glyph.
`size`	`"sm" \| "md" \| "lg"`	`"md"`	Size.
`disabled`	`boolean`	`false`	Dims the light and label.

Role: text.

Every variant has its own glyph, so people with colour-vision differences and forced-colours users can still tell them apart.
The glyph is aria-hidden; the label carries the meaning.
Three sizes, plus a disabled state.
