The query helpers (createFilterQuery, createFilterRule) and the types live in filters-query and filters-types.
Every chip, operator and value editor is a button or field with an accessible name, opens a popover that traps focus and closes on Escape, and removing a rule is a labelled button. Keep the field labels in plain words: they are read out as the chip name.
