Built on Base UI's number field: typing, the buttons, the arrow keys and Page Up and Down all change the value, and the value is clamped to min and max. Install @base-ui/react.

The input has the spin button semantics of a number field (aria-valuenow, aria-valuemin, aria-valuemax), the buttons are labelled and disable at the limits, and the scrub area is a pointer shortcut that never replaces the keyboard controls.
