Prop	Type	Default	Description
`speed`	`number`	`4`	Seconds for the highlight to circle the rim.
`...props`	`ButtonHTMLAttributes`	`-`	Passed to the button.

The rim highlight is a rotating conic layer masked to a 1.5px ring; the glint is a translated band. Both pause offscreen.
With prefers-reduced-motion: reduce both highlights stop on a still frame.
A real button element; the ring and glint layers are decorative.
Place it over colour or an image so the glass has something to refract, and keep label contrast above 4.5:1.
