Get ProThe iOS-style list of choices about one thing, with destructive styling and a separate Cancel button, opened from a bottom sheet.
This item has no props to tune. Use the lens above to change theme, density, direction and more.
Use it for a short set of actions on a single item that was just chosen or pressed: share, copy, delete a photo. It is the touch counterpart of a context menu.
Do not use it for more than about six actions (use a Picker Sheet or a page) or for a decision that needs explanation (use an alert dialog).
| Part | Prop | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ActionSheet | title | string | required | Heading; names the dialog. |
ActionSheet | message | string | - | One line under the title. |
ActionSheet | hideHeader | boolean | false | Hide title and message visually; screen readers still get them. |
ActionSheet | actions | ActionSheetAction[] | required | { id, label, icon?, destructive?, disabled?, onSelect? }. |
ActionSheet | cancelLabel | string | "Cancel" | Text of the Cancel button. |
ActionSheet | open / onOpenChange | - | - | Controlled state. Children become the trigger. |
The component ships with a Testing Library test (action-sheet.test.tsx). jsdom has no touch or layout, so the test drives the component through its keyboard and pointer-free paths and checks roles, names and state.
